Ultimate Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups pecan halves
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup bourbon
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the pie crust in a pie pan.
2. In a bowl, whisk together corn syrup, eggs, butter, bourbon, and vanilla extract.
3. Stir in the chocolate chips and pecans.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the pie is set.
