A Sardinian seafood favorite—chewy fregola pasta with tender clams in a rich tomato sauce!
📝 Ingredients:
• 1 cup fregola pasta
• 1 pound fresh clams (cleaned)
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/4 cup white wine
Salt and pepper, to taste
• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ In a large pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
2️⃣ Add clams and white wine. Cover and cook for 4–5 minutes until clams open. Discard any that don’t.
3️⃣ Stir in tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
4️⃣ In the meantime, cook fregola pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
5️⃣ Add fregola to the clam sauce and toss to combine.
6️⃣ Season with salt and pepper.
7️⃣ Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
