Garlic Butter Lobster Tails
Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise, then gently pull the meat upward, resting it on top of the shell.
Make the Garlic Butter:
In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Bake the Lobster Tails:
Place lobster tails in an aluminum tray. Brush generously with garlic butter.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lobster meat is opaque and slightly golden.
Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and green onions. Serve with lemon wedges.
