• Yellow gel paste food coloring (just a tiny drop, optional)

Instructions:
1. Make the Streusel Topping:�In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar, 1 tbsp sanding sugar, lemon zest, flour, and salt.�Stir in melted butter until the mixture is crumbly. Set aside.
