🍰 Cannoli Poke Cake (Easy & Delicious!)
🧁 Ingredients:
1 box white cake mix

1¼ cups water

1/3 cup oil

4 egg whites

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup ricotta

1 cup mascarpone

1 tsp vanilla

Mini chocolate chips (for topping)

🔥 Directions:
Bake cake per box, poke holes while warm.

Pour condensed milk over top. Cool.

Mix ricotta, mascarpone & vanilla.

Spread cream on cake + sprinkle chocolate chips!
