🐟🌿 Fresh, herby, and packed with bold Mediterranean flavor—these Mediterranean Salmon Patties are an easy, protein-packed meal you’ll crave on repeat! They’re crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, and perfect with a dollop of tzatziki, in a warm pita, or over a simple salad. 💙🍋



🧾 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 patties | Serves 3–4)

🐟 Salmon Patties
• 1 (14 oz) can of salmon, drained & flaked (or ~1½ cups cooked fresh salmon)
• 1 egg 🥚
• ¼ cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for low-carb)
• 2 tbsp red onion, finely diced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 🌿
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill or mint (optional)
• Zest of ½ lemon + 1 tbsp juice 🍋
Salt & pepper to taste
Olive oil for pan-frying



🥣 Optional for Serving
• Tzatziki sauce or Greek yogurt
• Warm pita or flatbread
• Chopped cucumber & tomato salad
• Crumbled feta cheese 🧀

🔥 Instructions
1. Mix the Patties
• In a bowl, combine flaked salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, herbs, lemon zest & juice, salt, and pepper.
• Mix until well combined and shape into 6–8 small patties.
2. Cook the Patties
• Heat 1–2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
• Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and heated through.
3. Serve It Up
• Serve warm with tzatziki, inside a pita, or over greens with a squeeze of lemon and sprinkle of feta.
