Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad – creamy, tangy, and full of that deviled egg flavor!
Perfect for Easter or potlucks 🤩
Ingredients:
🥚 12 Eggs, boiled & chopped
🍝 1 lb Elbow Macaroni, cooked & cooled
🥄 1 Cup Mayo
🌭 1/4 Cup Yellow Mustard
🍎 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
🧂 1 tsp Sugar, 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder, 1/2 tsp Paprika
🧂 Salt & Pepper to taste
🥬 1/2 Cup Celery, finely chopped
Instructions:
1. Boil eggs, peel, and chop.
2. Cook macaroni, rinse in cold water, and drain.
3. In a large bowl, mix mayo, mustard, vinegar, sugar, and spices.
4. Stir in pasta, eggs, and celery.
5. Chill and sprinkle with paprika before serving.
