Confit de Canard 🇫🇷🦆✨
A French classic full of rich, deep flavors!
Ingredients:
• Duck leg: 2
• Duck fat: 500g
• Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
• Thyme: 1 tsp
• Salt: 1 tsp
• Black pepper: ½ tsp
Instructions:
Rub the duck leg with salt, garlic, thyme, and black pepper. Let it marinate overnight.
Melt the duck fat in a pot and submerge the duck legs.
Cook on low heat (90°C) for 2-3 hours until tender.
Remove from fat, crisp in a pan, and serve with roasted potatoes! 🥔🔥
