One-Pan Garlic Parmesan Honey Chicken & Green Beans
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 lb green beans, trimmed
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp dried Italian herbs (optional)
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs (if using).
Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and pour the honey-soy mixture over the top. Arrange the green beans around the chicken.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over both the chicken and green beans.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the green beans are tender.
Serve warm with lemon wedges on the side for an added burst of freshness.
