Ingredients:

2 cloves garlic (minced)

2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)

ΒΌ cup Caesar dressing

ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 large flour tortillas

ΒΌ cup croutons (crushed)
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Cook the Garlic Shrimp
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add shrimp, salt, and black pepper. SautΓ© for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Set aside.
2οΈβ£ Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons.

Lay out the flour tortillas.
Divide the Caesar salad mixture evenly between them.
