🇮🇹 Cacciucco alla Livornese 🦐🍅
A traditional Italian seafood stew with a rich tomato base!
Ingredients:
500g mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, mussels, white fish)
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
400g canned tomatoes
250ml (1 cup) fish broth
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
Salt & pepper
Fresh parsley
Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté onions and garlic.
2️⃣ Add red pepper flakes and white wine, cook for 2 minutes.
3️⃣ Pour in tomatoes and fish broth, simmer for 15 minutes.
4️⃣ Add seafood and cook until tender.
5️⃣ Garnish with parsley and serve with crusty bread!
