Epic Cheesy Baked Rigatoni Pie 🍅🧀

🛒 Ingredients:
For the pasta and meat sauce:
400 g rigatoni pasta
500 g ground beef or sausage 🌭
1 small onion, diced 🧅
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
700 ml tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes 🍅
1 tsp dried oregano 🌿
Salt & pepper to taste
Olive oil for frying
For assembling:
200 g mozzarella cheese, shredded 🧀
100 g grated Parmesan 🧀
Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
👨🍳 Instructions:
Cook the rigatoni until just al dente, drain and toss with a little olive oil. Brown the ground meat in a pan with onions and garlic, add tomato sauce, oregano, salt and pepper, then simmer for 10–15 minutes. In a greased round baking dish, stand the rigatoni upright. Fill with meat sauce and gently press it down into the pasta tubes. Top generously with mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for about 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden. Let it rest 5–10 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with parsley or basil. Enjoy!
