Light and Fluffy Lemon Mousse ๐๐
Ingredients:
200 ml lemon juice ๐
3 tablespoons water ๐ง
3 eggs ๐ฅ
7 tablespoons powdered sugar ๐ฌ
1 tablespoon Maรฏzenaยฎ ๐ฝ
Directions:
Heat lemon juice with water in a saucepan. ๐๐ง
Whisk egg yolks with 4 tablespoons sugar until pale. Add Maรฏzenaยฎ and mix well. ๐ฅ๐ฌ๐ฝ
Slowly pour warm lemon juice into the egg yolk mixture, stirring constantly. Return to the heat and cook until thick. ๐๐ฅ
Remove from heat, pour into a bowl, and cover with plastic wrap to cool. โ๏ธ
Beat egg whites with remaining sugar until stiff peaks form. ๐ฅ๐ฌ
Fold meringue gently into the lemon mixture and divide into ramekins. ๐๐จ
Chill in the fridge for 3 hours. ๐
