🛒 Ingredients
8 chicken wings (approximately 1.2 kg)
3 c. with olive oil soup
1 c. with smoked paprika soup
1 c. with garlic powder soup
1 c. with onion powder soup
2 c. at ground black pepper coffee
1 c. At salt coffee
1 c. Having dried thyme coffee
1⁄2 c. Cayenne pepper coffee (optional)
1 c. at brown sugar coffee
2 c. Freshly chopped parsley soup (for finishing)
👩 🍳 Preparation
Preheat your oven to 200°C (rotating heat).
While heats up, coat a large baking plate with sulfurized paper or lightly rub with oil.
Get the seasoning ready.
In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, thyme, cayenne pepper (if you like to rise), and brown sugar.

Lay them down on the plate.
Line the pylons on the plate without overlaying them, skin up. This ensures an even cooking and perfectly crispy skin.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
Turn the pylons half-cooked to color both sides well. Watch the last 10 minutes: the skin needs to turn golden and slightly caramelized.
Adding the finishing touch.
Coming out of the oven, sprinkle some chopped fresh parsley for freshness and a pretty color.

You can let the pylons marinate with spices and oil for a few hours cool for even more flavor.
