Ingredients:
For the Shrimp:
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
For the Pasta:
8 ounces fettuccine pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
1/2 cup butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
Cook the Pasta: Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Grill the Shrimp: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add white wine and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly reduced. Stir in parsley, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
