β’ 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
β’ Β½ cup mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved
β’ ΒΌ cup fresh parsley, chopped
β’ ΒΌ cup fresh cilantro or basil, chopped
β’ Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

For the Creamy Dressing:
β’ 3 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream
β’ 1 tbsp mayonnaise
β’ 1 tbsp olive oil
β’ 1 tsp Dijon mustard
β’ 1 clove garlic, minced
β’ Juice of Β½ a lemon
β’ Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions

β’ In a large bowl, combine the diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls.
2οΈβ£ Make the Dressing:
β’ In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt (or sour cream), mayonnaise, olive oil, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.

β’ Pour the creamy dressing over the salad and gently mix to coat all the ingredients evenly.
