1 medium Zest and juice of lemon
1 cinnamon stick, or 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
strawberry:
2 cups crushed fresh strawberries, about 1 quart
4 cups granulated sugar
1.75 ounce fruit pectin, we used Sure-Jell
