🍽 Grilled Steak with Herb Butter & Crispy Fries 🍟
Ingredients:

For the Steak:

2 bone-in ribeye steaks (or your favorite cut)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons butter (for basting)

For the Herb Butter:

1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)

1 tablespoon fresh chives (chopped)

1 teaspoon garlic (minced)

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Fries:

2 large russet potatoes (cut into fries)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:Step 1: Prepare the Herb Butter

In a small bowl, combine softened butter, chopped parsley, chopped chives, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Scoop the butter mixture onto a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap and roll it into a log shape.

Chill in the fridge until firm.

Step 2: Make the Fries

Preheat your oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Cut the russet potatoes into fries (try to make them as uniform in size as possible for even cooking).

Toss the fries in olive oil, salt, and pepper, making sure they’re evenly coated.

Arrange the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Step 3: Grill the Steaks

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Rub each steak with olive oil and season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side (for medium-rare), or adjust the cooking time to your preferred doneness.

In the last minute of grilling, add a tablespoon of butter on top of each steak and allow it to melt as you finish cooking.

Step 4: Serve

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Serve the steaks with a dollop of herb butter on top.

Pair with the crispy fries and a side of your favorite sauce (optional).

Enjoy your mouth-watering Grilled
