Decadent Caramel Brownie Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
2. Pour the brownie batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until partially set but not fully cooked.
3. While the brownies are baking, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and half of the caramel sauce.
5. Pour the cheesecake mixture evenly over the partially baked brownies.
6. Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce on top and use a knife to swirl it through the cheesecake layer.
7. Bake for an additional 35-40 minutes until the cheesecake is set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
8. Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
