Keto Cheddar Garlic Biscuits (≈3g net carbs each)

Ingredients (makes 10 biscuits)

2 cups almond flour

1 tbsp coconut flour

1 tbsp baking powder

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

2 large eggs

½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt, unsweetened)

⅓ cup melted butter

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

In a bowl, whisk almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.

In another bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, and melted butter. Stir wet into dry until combined. Fold in shredded cheddar.

Scoop dough with a spoon and place onto baking sheet, forming about 10 biscuits.

Bake 18–20 minutes, until golden brown and set.

Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Optional glaze: Brush with melted butter mixed with a pinch of garlic powder and parsley for extra flavor.
