🇮🇹 Spaghetti al Pesto 🌿🧀
A Ligurian favorite with basil pesto and Parmesan.
Ingredients:
• 250 g spaghetti
• 50 g fresh basil leaves
• 40 g pine nuts
• 2 garlic cloves
• 60 g Parmesan cheese
• 100 ml olive oil
• Salt to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Blend basil, garlic, pine nuts, cheese, and olive oil into a smooth pesto.
2️⃣ Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
3️⃣ Drain and reserve 2 tbsp of pasta water.
4️⃣ Toss pasta with pesto and reserved water.
5️⃣ Serve garnished with more Parmesan and basil.
