Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue beating until well combined.
3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly into the graham cracker crust.
6. Arrange half of the sliced strawberries over the cream layer.
7. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the strawberries.
8. Top with the remaining sliced strawberries.
9. Warm the strawberry jam slightly and drizzle over the top of the pie for a glossy finish.
10. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.
