An Italian Sunday roast tradition with pork loin slow-cooked with herbs, garlic, and vegetables. Tender, juicy, and full of flavor.
Ingredients:
• Pork loin roast
• Carrots
• Potatoes
• Garlic
• Fresh rosemary
• Olive oil
• White wine
• Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ • Season pork loin with garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ • Sear in olive oil until browned.
3️⃣ • Add carrots and potatoes to roasting pan.
4️⃣ • Pour white wine and olive oil over meat and veggies.
5️⃣ • Roast at 375°F (190°C) for 1–1.5 hours until cooked.
6️⃣ • Let rest before slicing and serving.
