Now that was a great supper! Soaked the Navy beans overnight, put in the crock-pot this morning with a few cups of chicken broth, smoked pork shanks, carrots, onions (out of celery), bay leaves, can of diced tomatoes, Worcestershire, onion powder, salt & pepper, covered with water and cooked on low for 8 hours. Wife made some corn muffins and everything was delicious!
