A savory tart made with sautéed leeks, eggs, and cream, baked in pastry. A northern French specialty 🥧🧅.

Ingredients:
• 1 pie crust
• 3 leeks (sliced)
• 3 eggs
• 200 ml cream
• 50 g butter
Salt & pepper

Instructions:
1️⃣ Sauté leeks in butter until soft.
2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk eggs and cream, then add leeks.
3️⃣ Line tart tin with crust, pour in filling.
4️⃣ Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 min.
5️⃣ Serve warm with salad 🥗.
