🍤 Frittura di Mare (Italian Fried Seafood)
Crispy and golden fried shrimp and calamari, a classic Italian seaside dish often served with lemon wedges.
Ingredients:
• Shrimp: 1 cup (200 g), peeled
• Calamari: 1 cup (200 g), sliced
• Flour: 1 cup (120 g)
• Salt & pepper: to taste
• Oil: for frying
• Lemon wedges: for serving
Instructions:
1️⃣ • Pat seafood dry and season with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ • Dredge in flour until evenly coated.
3️⃣ • Heat oil in a pan to 350°F (175°C).
4️⃣ • Fry seafood in small batches until golden and crispy.
5️⃣ • Drain on paper towels and serve with lemon wedges.
