Fruit Salad to Die For
Ingredients:
- 1 can pineapple chunks, in their own juice
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 bunch green grapes, halved
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 package strawberries, sliced
- 1 small box vanilla instant pudding (Jell-O brand recommended)
- Optional: other fruits of your choice
Directions:
1. Drain the pineapple chunks, reserving the juice.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, halved grapes, sliced bananas, and strawberries.
3. Prepare the vanilla instant pudding according to the package instructions, substituting some of the milk with the reserved pineapple juice for extra flavor.
4. Pour the prepared pudding over the mixed fruits and gently fold to coat all the fruit evenly.
5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld and the pudding set.
6. Serve chilled as a refreshing and delicious fruit dessert.
