🇮🇹🥩 Carpaccio (Beef with Arugula and Parmesan)
You Will Need:
225 g (8 oz) beef tenderloin
1 cup (30 g) arugula
60 g (2 oz) shaved Parmesan
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
🥩 Slice beef very thin (almost transparent).
🍋 Arrange on a chilled plate and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
🌿 Top with arugula and Parmesan.
✨ Season with salt and pepper and serve cold.
