Cheesy Ham and Potato Casserole in the Slow Cooker
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 lb cooked ham, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth.
2. Layer half of the potatoes, ham, and onion in the slow cooker.
3. Pour half of the soup mixture over the layers.
4. Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top.
5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
