Delicious mushrooms sautéed in garlic butter!
📋 Ingredients
- 16 ounces Mushroom
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, divided
- 6 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
📝 Instructions
1. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the mushrooms and sprinkle with salt.
4. Cook the mushrooms, stirring occasionally, until they are browned and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Add the remaining tablespoon of butter and stir until melted.
6. Serve warm as a side dish.
