**Ingredients:**
- 2 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough is perfect for its sturdiness)
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or sliced
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
**Instructions:**
1. **Prepare the Chicken:**
- If not already done, cook the chicken breast, then shred or slice it. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. **Assemble the Sandwich:**
