CHEESY GARLIC STEAK TORTELLINI
Ingredients:
1 (20 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
1½ lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, sliced into thin strips
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
5 garlic cloves, minced
1½ cups heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
Directions:
1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Season sliced steak with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Sear the steak strips in batches for 2–3 minutes per side, until nicely browned but still tender. Set aside.
4. Reduce heat to medium. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese. Whisk until smooth and bubbling.
6. Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, stirring until fully melted and the sauce becomes thick, rich, and cheesy.
7. Add cooked tortellini and toss to coat. Return steak to the skillet and stir gently to mix everything.
8. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
