Garlic Parmesan Chicken Alfredo Wraps 🌯🧄
Ingredients 🛒
2 large grilled chicken breasts, sliced
4 flour tortillas
1 cup Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic powder
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions 👩🍳
1️⃣ Toast the Breadcrumbs: In a pan, heat olive oil and toast panko with garlic powder until golden. Set aside.
2️⃣ Assemble the Wraps: Lay out tortillas. Add sliced chicken, a spoonful of Alfredo sauce, shredded cheese, and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
3️⃣ Roll & Bake: Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Spoon more Alfredo sauce over the top.
4️⃣ Top & Broil: Sprinkle with toasted garlic panko and extra Parmesan. Broil on high for 2–3 minutes until bubbly and golden.
5️⃣ Garnish & Serve: Finish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
