✨Breakfast Hash Brown Cups✨ THESE ARE AMAZING!!! MUST TRY!!
1. Cook 1 pound of sausage
2. In a large bowl add your sausage, a 20 ounce bag of shredded hash browns (thawed), 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese and season well with whatever you would like. I used slap your mama seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
3. Crack one egg into the mixture and stir until well combined.
4. Take a muffin pan and spray with oil. Now fill each spot with that mixture and pat down good.
5. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
6. Take out and smash down with a spoon. If you would like an egg on yours crack one open on each. If not just add more cheese.
7. Place back in the oven and cook 11-15 minutes until desired cook on your eggs.
8. Let sit for around five minutes before removing from your muffin pan. Just take a butter knife and scrap off around edges.
