🍹 Whipped Kool-Aid 🍬
Ingredients
2 packages Kool-Aid (Blue Raspberry Lemonade or Mixed Berry Blue recommended)
½ cup heavy whipping cream
⅓ cup granulated sugar
Instructions
Chill the Kool-Aid Base:
Prepare one package of Kool-Aid according to the package instructions. Pour into a large pitcher and refrigerate until well chilled.
Make the Whipped Topping:
In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine heavy whipping cream, the second package of Kool-Aid powder, and sugar. Whip on medium to high speed for 3–5 minutes, or until stiff peaks form. The mixture should be light, fluffy, and hold its shape when lifted.
Assemble the Drinks:
Fill clear glasses halfway with the chilled Kool-Aid. Add ice cubes until the glass is about two-thirds full.
Top with Whipped Cream:
Generously spoon or pipe the whipped cream over the top of each glass. For extra flair, dust lightly with additional Kool-Aid powder or add a sprinkle of edible glitter.
Serve and Enjoy:
Insert a colorful straw, garnish if desired, and serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
