CAJUN STEAK BITES & CHEESY GARLIC SHELLS SKILLET

Ingredients:

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb pasta shells
4 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

1. Cook the Steak Bites: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak bites with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add the steak to the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
2. Cook the Shells: In a separate pot, cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
3. Prepare the Cheesy Garlic Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes until it starts to thicken. Stir in the Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses, allowing them to melt into a rich, creamy sauce. Season with smoked paprika for an extra depth of flavor.
4. Combine Steak and Pasta: Add the cooked pasta shells into the skillet with the cheesy garlic sauce and toss to coat. Then, add the cooked Cajun steak bites back into the skillet and gently toss everything together until well combined.
5. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately, enjoying the perfect blend of spicy Cajun steak and cheesy garlic pasta.
