Ingredients:
🥒 2 large cucumbers, sliced into half-moons
🍅 3 ripe tomatoes, chopped into medium cubes
🧅 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
🌿 A handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped
🧂 1 teaspoon salt
🧂 ½ teaspoon black pepper
🍋 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
🫒 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions:
🥣 Prepare the vegetables:
Wash the cucumbers, tomatoes, and parsley thoroughly. Slice the cucumbers into thin half-moons, chop the tomatoes into medium-sized pieces, and thinly slice the red onion into strips.

In a large salad bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, chopped tomatoes, and sliced red onions. Add the chopped parsley on top.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and olive oil. Season it with salt, black pepper, and oregano if using.
