Looking for a Spicy Curry! Elevate your taste with these Tikka Masala Chicken with homemade Sauce
Recipe:
2 pounds chicken ( I used chicken thighs)
3 cups tikka masala sauce (see recipe below if you want homemade or you can buy in a jar)
1 red bell peppers
1 onion sliced
Steps:
In a large pan, fry the chicken until brown. I fry chicken with the skin on, no oil needed. Then drain oil when done. Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Add the sauce, let it simmer bubbles, simmer for 10 minutes. Ready to serve.

*Tikka Masala homemade sauce:
2 tablespoon coconut oil
1 large onion, minced
5 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon garam masala
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
1 red jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and minced
3 cups roasted crushed tomatoes
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and saute until translucent about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic, salt, garam masala and ginger; cook 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
Stir in slice peppers and cook 3 minutes.
Add crushed tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened about 8-10 minutes.
