๐งพ Ingredients:
300g penne pasta ๐
2 chicken breasts, cut into strips ๐
2 tbsp olive oil ๐ซ
1 ยฝ cups broccoli florets ๐ฅฆ
3 tbsp pesto (store-bought or homemade) ๐ฟ
1/2 cup heavy cream ๐ฅ
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese ๐ง
Salt & pepper to taste ๐ง
๐จโ๐ณ Instructions:
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. In the last 3โ4 minutes, add the broccoli to the same pot. Drain and set aside. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken strips until golden and cooked through. Lower the heat and stir in pesto, cream, and a bit of Parmesan. Add cooked pasta and broccoli to the pan, toss well, and season with salt and pepper. Top with extra Parmesan and serve warm!
