Meat Lovers Pizza Casserole
Calling all meat lovers! If you can't decide between pizza and a casserole, this Meat Lovers Pizza Casserole is the perfect solution. It's packed with all your favorite pizza toppings and flavors in every bite.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 can of pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can of refrigerated biscuits
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender.
3. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
4. Stir in the pepperoni slices and pizza sauce.
5. Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and place them in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
6. Top the biscuits with the meat mixture and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
