Ingredients:
2 filet mignon or ribeye steaks, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp butter, 2 cloves garlic, smashed, 8 large shrimp, peeled & deveined, 2 tbsp butter, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped, 6 large sea scallops, 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 4 large potatoes, peeled & cubed, 50g (1/4 cup) butter, 100ml (1/2 cup) heavy cream, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 2 cups elbow macaroni, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp all-purpose flour, 2 cups whole milk, 1 cup heavy cream, 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping), 1 cup broccoli florets, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 clove garlic, minced.

Directions:
Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Season the steaks with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust for doneness). In the last minute, add butter and smashed garlic, basting the steaks.
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp, salt, and black pepper, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
Pat scallops dry, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat butter in a pan over high heat and sear scallops for 2 minutes per side until golden and caramelized.
Boil the potatoes until fork-tender (about 15 minutes). Mash with butter, heavy cream, salt, and garlic powder.
Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain. In a saucepan, melt butter, then whisk in flour to form a roux. Slowly add milk and cream, stirring constantly. Once thickened, add cheddar, mozzarella, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix with cooked pasta and transfer to a baking dish. Top with Parmesan and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Roast at 200°C (400°F) for 10-12 minutes.
Plate the mashed potatoes as the base, then add steak, shrimp, and scallops. Serve with macaroni and cheese and roasted broccoli on the side. Drizzle extra butter over the steak and seafood.
