ingredients:
- 1 Β½ cups chickpea flour (180 grams)
- Β½ cup tapioca starch (60 grams)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Β½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ΒΌ cup finely chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, dill)
- 1 cup warm water (240 ml)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for greasing
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Grease a baking sheet.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, tapioca starch, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the minced garlic and chopped fresh herbs.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the warm water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth dough forms. It should be slightly sticky.
5. Lightly flour your hands and divide the dough into 6-8 equal-sized rolls.
6. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them.
7. Brush the tops of the rolls with a little olive oil.
8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly golden brown and cooked through. The garlic and herbs will release a wonderful aroma.
9. Let the rolls cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving.
