Seven-Layer Salad
Ingredients:
4 cups chopped lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, diced
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
For the Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
1. In a large glass bowl, layer the ingredients in this order: lettuce, bacon, cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, peas, and eggs.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the dressing evenly over the top of the salad.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
