Ingredients:
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth (or seafood broth for added flavor)
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Melt the Butter:
In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
Sauté the Garlic:
Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant. Be careful not to let it burn.
