Blue Cheese Stuffed Pears 🧀🍐
📝Ingredients:
- 2 ripe pears, halved and cored
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
**Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Arrange pear halves on a baking sheet.
3. Fill each pear with blue cheese and sprinkle with walnuts.
4. Drizzle honey over the top and add a pinch of thyme.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until pears are tender and cheese is bubbly.
