A recap of yesterdays dinner! A simple throw it all in a bowl salmon salad made with canned salmon π, cannellini beans, avocado π₯ , hard boiled egg π₯, tomatoes π
and olives π« dressed with extra virgin olive oil and fresh lemon juice, seasoned with salt and pepper.
As much as I love fresh salmon I donβt always have the time to cook it so canned salmon is a great alternative especially when it comes to salads. I mixed it all together and it was delicious and nourishing.
