Ingredients:
1.5 cups Greek yogurt
4 large eggs
5 tablespoons potato starch or cornstarch
2 tbsp honey, optional
Steps:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F).
2. Crack the eggs into the blender and blend for about 2 minutes.
3. Add the yogurt, then sift in the starch or cornstarch.
4. Blend everything together for another 1-2 minutes until smooth.
5. If your baking paper isn’t non-stick, grease it with butter.
6. Bake for 50 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
