CAKE WITH TEA AND DROP CHOCOLATE...

Ingredients:
3 eggs at room temperature
1.5 cups sugar
1 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of brewed cold tea
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
2 tablespoons of chocolate drops

Note
All ingredients must be at room temperature

PREPARATION
To prepare our cake, whisk the eggs and sugar at room temperature until they turn white.
In fact, if possible, beat the whites separately and the yolks separately, then mix them together and beat with the sugar until foamy, you will get better results and your cake will rise better.
Then add the oil, brewed tea and cinnamon.
Sift the flour, baking powder and vanilla into a separate bowl and gradually add to the mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon from the inside out to incorporate the flour.
Add the chocolate drops, mix a little and pour into the cake mold greased with margarine.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. When the cake is cooked, take it out of the oven, wait for ten minutes and serve.
