1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving

Directions:

Prepare the Lamb Chops: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, fresh rosemary, and thyme. Rub this mixture generously over the lamb chops, ensuring they're well coated. Season with salt and pepper. Allow the lamb chops to marinate for 15-20 minutes while you prepare the other components.

Cook the Lamb Chops: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, sear the lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare; adjust the cooking time according to your desired doneness. After cooking, remove the lamb chops from the skillet and let them rest for about 5 minutes. This resting period helps retain the juices, ensuring a tender and flavorful bite.
