Keto Chocolate Heaven

INGREDIENTS:
4 oz butter (1 stick)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup cocoa powder (preferably Dutch process)
• 1 cup Swerve Confectioners
• 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
5 tbsp cocoa powder (preferably Dutch process)
5 tbsp Swerve Confectioners
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Melt butter in a small pan over low heat.
2. Add softened cream cheese and vanilla extract; mash together.
3. In a large bowl, mix cocoa powder and Swerve Confectioners.
4. Combine the cream cheese mixture with the dry ingredients using a hand mixer until fluffy.
5. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased pan and freeze for 30 minutes.
6. For the topping, mix melted coconut oil, vanilla, salt, cocoa powder, and Swerve Confectioners.
7. Pour the topping over the frozen base, smoothing it out.
8. Cut into 30 pieces and enjoy!
